Ich glaube nicht (wenn man das gesamte Kapitel liest), dass mit diesem
Satz die heute aktuelle Cancel-Problematik gemeint sein kann.
Bedenke RFC1036 stammt aus dem Jahre 1987.
Die TU muss die Cancels ja nicht ausfuehren !
