Ja. Beim INN im newsfeeds file, dort heisst es:

Nein.

Hierarchien und Distributions sind orthogonale Konzepte.

Die Wahl, welche Hierarchien ein Server fuehren soll, ist etwas heikel,
da man einerseits "Geruempel" nicht will, aber auch nicht seinen
Usern vorenthalten will.
