Position #1: Scheduling Algorithm Analyst
Participate in scheduling algorithm development with a team
of researchers and developers.
Primary responsibility is not programming but
evaluation/analysis of scheduling algorithms in the PrimeTime
line of workforce management software products. Evaluate
algorithm quality and performance, identify opportunities for
algorithm improvement, and develop test suites. Build models
to fine tune algorithm performance; Identify solutions to
customers' scenario modeling problems.
Requirement: A degree in a quantitative discipline
(e.g., math, physics, operations research, engineering,
computer science); Excellent analytical skills. Strong

Position #2: Scheduling Algorithm Developer
Participate in scheduling algorithm development with a team of
researchers and developers. Primary responsibility is applying
innovative techniques to practical problems.
Requirement: Proven ability in exploratory research and development as well
as object-oriented programming in C++. While none of the following are a
requirement, you most likely (1) posses a graduate degree in Computer
Science, (2) have done some research in the areas of Artificial
Intelligence, Operations Research or a related field, and (3) have some
