Given a crisp mathematical model of
a system and its fuzzification,
show that the fuzzy version is "better"
than the crisp one, where "better"
could be defined in terms of any
(crisp or fuzzy) metric (e.g. efficiency,
applicability, etc.).
The main consideration is that
the comparison should be between
the original (crisp) formulation
and its fuzzification, not an alternative
fuzzy approach. For example, comparisons
of conventional math models and fuzzy
rule-based implementations are excluded.
