Venue
The conference will be held in the Beijing International Convention Center
(BICC) and Continental Grand Hotel which are located at the northeast part of
the city, 25 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the down town area.

Weather
In Beijing, October offers the best weather, with generous sunshine. The
average temperature is about 16 degrees (C) / 61 degress (F).
