Unmanned Vehicle Control

Hello,

I am a Msc student at a brazilian university. Recently,
I had read the paper "Neural Network Based Fuzzy Logic Control"
(Lin & LEE IEEE Trans. on Computers Vol. 40). I am very interested in
Neuro-Fuzzy Systems. I have developed a neuro-fuzy model for control
applications. I would like to test the model for the control
of the unmanned vehicle such as described in the paper.
However, I have had some difficulties in building the simulation
of the vehicle dynamics. What are the input variables for the fuzzy
control ? When the control focus pass from obstacle 1 (corner A)
to obstacle 2 (corner B) ? Could the vehicle come back and crash
against an obstacle that vehicle had passed already. Could someone
help me ? The simulation should be as simple as described in the paper.
