    Intelligent Systems Design and Applications (ISDA 2002) is an

    Paper Submission<br>
    Authors of contributed and invited papers are requested to submit, <br>
    before February 28, 2002, an article not exceeding 4 pages of their=20
    research presentation (each additional page costs US$50.00 per page).
    Please type each article single spaced on one side of 8.5x11 size paper
    with one inch margin on all sides. <br><br>
    Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to
    register <br>
    and present the paper. All full papers are to be submitted in PDF,
    postscript <br>
    or MS word version electronically to:
    <b></b>&nbsp; .Hard copies <br>
    should be sent only if electronic submission is not possible. All papers
    will be <br>
    peer reviewed by at least two independent referees of the international
    program <br>
    committee of ISDA'02.<br><br>
    Extended version of selected papers will be considered as book chapters

    a special edited volume which will be published in the <b>&quot;Studies
    in Fuzziness <br>
    and Soft Computing&quot;</b> by&nbsp; <b>Springer Verlag, Germany</b>.
    Authors should indicate<br>

    version of outstanding papers will be invited for the <b>Elsevier Science
