Dear Pablo,

Fuzzy expert systems are certainly not out of use! If you're interested
in applying fuzzy technologies to nuclear science, you should take a look
at the site of the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre
http://www.sckcen.be/

In august there's a conference on "Fuzzy Logic and Intelligent
technologies in Nuclear Science" (FLINS2000)
http://www.sckcen.be/research/flinhome/flins2000/flins2000.html

Kind regards,
Martine.
