Interesting Problem

I am writing a program in Visual C++ (VC++). At some point in this
program I have to simulate an already trained MLP neural network with
some input vectors.

So I am looking for a software that enables the user to model and train
an MLP neural network, and save it so that it can be simulated later on
via a C/C++/VC++ function call from an external C/C++/VC++ program.

I am working under WinNT 4.0 operating system.
