This two day conference brings together academic and industrial communities
to disseminate the very latest work in the field of 'soft computing' -
neural networks, fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms. The emphasis of the
papers presented will be on the development and application of these
techniques to real world problems. Topics of interest include but are not
limited to:

* Fuzzy Decision Making

* Neuro Fuzzy Systems

Submission of extended abstracts February 1st 2000
Notification of acceptance February 28th 2000
Camera-Ready versions required April 30th 2000
