Hello Bruno,
i also did a search on that standard a few months ago, and am not aware of any
final news on the proposed standard.
It is however probably helpful to you to note that future developments around the
standard are now running under the
number: IEC 61131 or more accurately 1EC 61131-7.

* The main Site to look at for updates is the IEC home page at:
http://www.iec.ch/home-e.htm
* A list of new publications of the IEC can be found under:
http://www.iec.ch/JP.htm
* If the statement regarding the technical group IEC SC 65, Working Group 7 is
correct you could also try one of the email addresses stated under the
following URL for further information:
http://www.iec.ch/cgi-bin/procgi.pl/www/iecwww.p?wwwlang=E&wwwprog=dirwg.p&ctnum=436

I also have a book in German on the proposed standard, which out in 1998: ISBN
3-8007-2309-3. Ingo Rolle (Ed.)
The book mentions a publication or CD from the IEC on the topic, maybe a request
through their page could lead to more details on that:
IEC Document: 65B/303/CD:1997 Programmable controllers - Part 7: Fuzzy control
Programming. I really believe the content is the same as
what you found under the FuzzyTech home page.

My search using the search engine at the IEC home page
http://www.iec.ch/catlg-e.htm) produced the following result: *** "ISO/IEC
61131: work in progress" ***. So I believe it is not through yet.

I hope it helps a bit,

Izebe

PS: I would be interested if you find out anything new on the topic and will
forward any new information i get.
