hey people

i am student in computer science in tehran university in M.S degree and
i
also have
been accepted for ph.d course in my university.and i must finish my
project
in next
weeks therefore i need some help from you.my problem is:
i have designed a computer environment that simulate ambiguous delay in
the
switch
level circuit.imagine an AND gate that want to change its output from
logical "0" value
to logical "1" value.the delay for that transaction is not defined
precisely
and have a
value between a minimum value and a maximum value.for example in the
previous
example output can change in the range 3ns to 8ns.my problem is that i
want
to assign a delay value in that range to this
transaction for computation of the rest of the circuit but i want to
choose this value
based on fuzzy logic theory.because of tolerance that exit in the delay
value i think it is
a soft computing related problem.

please notify me if i think correctly and also send me some hint that
could
help me to
solving my problem.
