I was able to get in touch with OrTech Eng. (successors to Togai).
They stated that they have about 50 FC110's left and a smaller number
of VY86C500's. Unfortunately these numbers are two small for any
viable commercial co-proccessor board. It would be interesting to make
one or two for myself though. I did not ask about VHDL code for the
chips. They stated that due to a die size and design change, these
fuzzy co-proccessor chips are no longer being made. It would be too
expensive to retool for the newer dies.

If I hear any more info about the VHDL code or anything else I'll post
it here.
