crisp vs fuzzy clustering

I have not been able to track down a recent version of the FAQ for this
group so I thought I would take a chance and post the question directly
to the group.

I am familiar with the fundamental aspects of both crisp and fuzzy
clustering but can not seem to locate a source that compares the merits
of each methods relative to each other (possibly for specific
applications such as pattern recognition). Any pointers in this area
would be appreciated!

Dave
