Rough Sets

Does anyone know where to find information on rough sets as opposed to fuzzy
sets?

When proposing a research project my lecturer suggested that rough sets may
be more interesting than fuzzy sets. I have not had much luck finding any
quality information, and would like to know what I'm letting myself in for
before accepting.
