What you mean by "the most suitable fuzzyfication" ?
As a non commercial shell, I think, Fuzzy-Clips is doing well. You may
find it at CNRC 's web site (http://www.corpserv.nrc.ca/corpserv/nrc.html
or http://www.nrc.ca/corporate/english/ ).
