Dear BISC-group,

I am graduate student at Concordia University, I intend to work on stock
forecasting as my thesis subject. As you know stock forecasting and
modeling has been examined through traditional methods for years but
without sensible success. I have no idea if any effort has been done
through Soft Computing or not and I am sending this message just to get
an idea about that.

As far as I know, Traditional modeling and forecasting methods is not
successful to modeling Stock Marketing. I wonder if Soft Computing is
applicable for this purpose and if anything has been done in this regard
using Soft Computing?

I would appreciate if you share your information.

Regards,

Ali
