You might check with Sonalysts. They have a product, Fuzzy Query, that
implements a Fuzzy SQL search engine for ODBC databases and Excel
spreadsheets. This wouldn't be the same as a crawler that searches the web,
but (1) you might be able to use for that purpose or (2) they might be
enhancing the product to include fuzzy logic agent technology.

I've use the product and it very solid.
