2nd European Cup 1999
in conjunction with 6th Fuzzy Days in Dortmund
INVITATION
May 25-26, 1999
University of Dortmund, Germany

FUZZY DAYS IN DORTMUND HOST THE FIRA EUROCUP

Robot Soccer Competition give an opportunity to foster intelligent
techniques and intelligent robotic research by providing a standard
problem where a wide spectrum of technologies such as collaborative
multiple agent robotics, autonomous computing, real-time reasoning and
sensor fusion can be developed, tested and integrated. Games under the
auspices of FIRA shall promote developments in autonomous soccer
robots and intelligent systems that can co-operate with each other.

The main objective of FIRA is to take the spirit of science and
technology to the laymen and the younger generation. Considering this,
FIRA will bring together skilled researchers and students from
different background such as robotics, sensor fusion, intelligent
control, communication, image processing, mechatronics, computer
technology, artificial life and related areas.

This 2nd European Cup will be held in conjunction with the 6th Fuzzy
Days, May 25 - 26. Fuzzy Days are an international conference on
Computational Intelligence, namely Fuzzy Logic, Neural Networks and
Evolutionary Algorithms. For details please visit
