The bigger, the more influence an area has.

whether it is wrong or not depends on your application.

My expericence is that most of the power with fuzzy logic comes from the
uncertainty. in other words, the overlap between fuzzy valus( sets ) are
very important. Zero overlap or 100% overlap are not good.
