ORGANIZATION OF SPECIAL SESSIONS OR GROUP OF SESSIONS:

Please, send your proposal via email directly to the Chairman of the
conference
(mastor@ieee.org). The Sessions organizers have the responsibility to
solicit papers in their
specific area and have the full authority to accept papers for their
respective sessions.

The Sessions organizers (if their proposal is accepted) will proceed to
their personal email Announcement (Call for papers for your Invited Session)
containing the title of their special
session and will distribute it to their colleagues of their electronic
mailing list. They may add this IMACS/IEEE CSCC'99 Announcement.
Finally, they will send to us the whole package containing the papers of
their session no later than March 15st, 1999. The authors of the special
session(s) must submit to the session organizer the first three of the
items found in the following paragraph.

PAPERS SUBMISSION:

You have to submit by March 15, 1999 the following items, #1, #2, #3:

#1. One page abstract via e-mail (not via regular mail) to the address:
cscc99@softlab.ntua.gr by March 15, 1999. Instructions for the authors and
further details can be found at http://www.softlab.ntua.gr/~mastor/Kit99.htm

#2. Postscript File(s) for your full paper(s) or - better for us -
Portable Document Formatt *.pdf file as well as MicroSoft Word
for Windows file *.doc by March 15, 1999. Instructions of how one can
obtain a Postscript File and further details can be found at the site
http://www.softlab.ntua.gr/~mastor/Kit99.htm
SINCE NOW IT IS LATE, USE ONLY E-MAIL, NOT REGULAR MAIL.
WE CAN ACCEPT FULL PAPERS VIA INTERNET.

#3. The CONSENT TO PUBLISH & TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT FORM completed and signed
(the authors should print it directly from the site
http://www.softlab.ntua.gr/~mastor/copyright.htm ). Authors should complete
it carefully and send it together with their 3 hard copies and their floppy
disk by the regular mail. In case of special difficulties in printing it,
authors should contact: cscc99@softlab.ntua.gr .

(#4. Later, authors will be called to submit an enriched version of their
contribution with one column format in order to be included in the
post-conference Books that will be published by the World Scientific
Publishing Company. This version will not contain any Abstract. It will
start directly with INTRODUCTION. This Introduction must be more extended
and to be an Extended Overview in the subject covered by the contribution.
In this Overview, authors should be give results of all previous research
paper in their topic in a very detail form (including mathematical equations
etc.). No extra fees will be charge authors for the pages in the Books of
the World Scientific Publishing company, if their manuscript is less than 20
(twenty) pages. This version will also be submitted to Reviewers for further
Review.)

Overview papers which will be very well organized and give an extended
survey of results in their topic are welcome.

For #1 use cscc99@softlab.ntua.gr while for the whole correspondence with
the regular mail (i.e. #2, #3, #4) please use the address:
