Unfortunately, I have not seen this paper online anywhere. I had to get my
copy via Interlibrary Loan.

As for my problem; I believe I've found it. I had been using unconstrained
interval arithmetic; the results published used constrained. (I knew there
must have been reason for the paragraph on the difference between the two...)
