People, who are NomadTech's users and are interested in programming
in MATLAB to make use of abundant resources of MATLAB (NN toolbox,
Fuzzy toolbox, Control toolbox, etc.) for their researches on robot
navigation, can download some matlab functions to save your
programming time:

http://www.ai.polymtl.ca/wbtong/Nomad200_MATLAB

or

ftp://ftp.ai.polymtl.ca/incoming/wbtong/Nomad200_MATLAB/

Because I use my spare time to write it, there may be some
bugs in it. Please let me know.

Best regards
