fuzzy logic classification?

Hello,

I wonder if my problem can be solved using fuzzy logic. My problem is:
that I have several events. Each event separately are not dangerous. But
some combination are known to be dangerous. What I want to do is to
setup a knowledge base containing what is safe and what is unsafe,
supply information at a time 'T' and check if it is dangerous or not. It
it is neither dangerous nor safe, then ask for an expert to click on YES
it is dangerous or NO it isn't. Update the bases for the next try.

Is it possible to do this using fuzzy logic ?

Can someone point out an URL where I can download some not too complex
fuzzy logic classification in C/C++ ?

best regards, Daniel GROTH
