Hi all
Valverde's theorem (FSS '95) is a well-known result that links
similarity and pseudometrics.

I would like to know if Valverde's theorem, connecting psuedometrics
and similarity, is valid also if a pseudometric does not range over
[0,+infinity] but over a closed and bounded interval of kind [0,a].

Thanks
Ferrante Formato
