Sujeet Shenoi honored

On October 8, 1998, Sujeet Shenoi, a well-known fuzzy researcher, was
named US Professor of the Year as the best professor of all research
and doctoral universities.

The $5,000 award is awarded annually in
Washington, DC for innovative teaching methods and committment to
undergraduate education.

It is co-sponsored by the California-based
Carnegie Foundation for the Adbancement of Teaching and the Washington,
DC-based Council for the Advancement and Support of Education. The full
