Free C source / development tool

Hello!

I've watched quite a bit WWW pages and FAQs, but I just can't
find some useful _free_ Software toolkit to play with Fuzzy Logic,
i. e. C classes or a Fuzzy Simulator/Code generator.

Could anyone help me?
