There are several ways to fuzzify scheduling problems.
Two major ways of them are
(1) Fuzzy Processing Time,
and
(2) Fuzzy Duedate.

You can find some ideas of fuzzy scheduling problems in my following
papers.
In them, you will find some literature concerning to fuzzy scheduling
problems.
