help with thesis

HI ALL, this is for anyone out there who may have some ideas on how I can
complete the following task...

I need to write code in C or C++ that simulates the inverted pendulum..
for the SUgeno model. but the main problem is that for the antecedent variables I need to tune it with GA and I don't know any fitness functions for
that problem....

the second problem is that I need to tune the consequent fuzzy variables
by using least squares method......
