Possibilistic Regression

Hi!

I'm currently looking at some statistical models with fuzzy data. Due to
its relativly simple concept, "possibilistic regression" has catched up my
attention. While I tried to look deeper into it and one of its extension
called "necessity analysis", my friend told me possibilistic regression
works only with interval data but NEVER fuzzy data. Is she correct?

I URGENTLY need some professional advice!!!

Many thanks!
