I think you would be better served by compiling a list of what can be
done those achievements are a lot more defined. More so that what hasn't
or can't be done.

Although you could replace text in your list with physical medium and
then add to that list everything that can't be done with human
intelligence today. I hope you see your list will become quite large.

Another one to add is that today we can't make an AI to compile a list of
what an AI can't do.
