    I know this is a little late, but I am still getting my references organized.  However, here is a parital list of my references of fuzzy logic in agriculture and the environment.  A couple of the references are more about uncertainty in agricultureal or environmental modeling.

    A really good website for this is by:
AIRIES (Artificial Intelligence Research in Environmental Sciences)
The AIRIES Fuzzy Team includes Rich Bankert, Mike Hadjimichael, and Bjarne Hansen.
