You can find a list of systems at the CMU AI repository
http://pecan.srv.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs.cmu.edu/project/ai-repository/ai/html/intro.html

The one i have used and IMHO is easy to use and quite powerful is CLIPS and
Fuzzy CLIPS available at
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs/project/ai-repository/ai/areas/expert/systems/clips/0.html

hope that helps.

Dear Specialists:

I am doing a project and want to find a practicable Expert System Shell
to develop my own expert system, which can be used to diagnose problems
of workplaces and give the expert advice for decision-makers.
Could you please help me with the following questions?
- Where can I find some information on the Expert System Shell, or Fuzzy
Expert System Shell if possible?
- How and where can I get those softwares of Expert System Shell; and
for commercial products, what kinds of software are more easily to
follow? contacts and prices?

Your any guarding information would be highly appreciated.
