I saw Bart on PI and he was, indeed, over shadowed by the other guests who gave
Bart almost no chance to really engage in a meaningful discussion. That was
really toooo bad. Like almost everyone in the world, the other guests
completely mised the point about fuzzy logic, BUT, to be fair, it would have
been impossible for Bart to go into a discussion of the ideas underlying
partial membership and computational ambiguity.

Regards NanoTime. A really strange and fast paced book! Bart weaves everthing
from mind implants,to intelligent acids (which discolve an entire freighter
and its crew) , to human embryo incubators, to the natural extension of
southern california's resident freindly controls, to the internal politics of
the near east in the near future into a strange but ultimately very satisfying
book. Go get it and read it.
