My paper titled " Decentralized adaptive fuzzy control of robot
manipulators" is coming out in Feb. 1998 on IEEE Trans. Systems, Man, and
Cybernetics. It deals with dynamic control of manipulators using fuzzy
controlers. The fuzzy controlers are built with the help of GA off-line
and (adapted further using the gradient method on-line.--This part of
work is unpulished.)

Hope this helps.
