Abstract:

Fuzzy control of large complex systems requires many rules. In this semianr
means of reducing the size of rule base to handle complex systems control
will be given. Characteristics of fuzzy controllers will be discussed.
Experimental results for wine - balancing experiment with both fuzzy logic
controllers and robust pole palcement approach of robust control for the
same experiement are comapred. A videotape comaprison of both approaches
will be given.
