Session : Military Applications

The aim of this session is to give an overview of modern A.I. techniques used in
military applications. The proposed papers should include original approaches of
traditional problems and/or new ones associated with military applications (tracking,
weapon assigment, target estimation, target identification, guidance of automated
weapons, battlefield simulation, etc). They should include techniques such as fuzzy
logic, neural networks, automatic learning, planning, etc.

Tentative authors are required to present a draft paper or at least an extended abstract
of the paper (about three usual size pages) with some keywords defining the concerned
scientific area. Presentations will be in English, or French but preferably in English.

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference.

Abstracts for this session are to be sent before January 15, 1996 either to the national
organizing committee or preferably to the session organizers at the following address :
