IT+SE`96 CONFERENCE AIMS
Since 1974, the scientific forum "New Information Technology",
held annually in the Crimea, joins the best scientists in the field of
automated design, artificial intelligence, and new information techno-
logies. The primery goal of the 1996 IT+SE conference is to be place
for the generation of new ideas and scientific experience exchange, a
search for new scientific fields and scientific business activity
spheres, as well a venue for informal contact of scientists.

The working languages are Russian and English. Synchronous
translation will be provided for all lectures, paper presentations and
Roundtable discussions.
SCHEDULE OF THE DISCUSSION SCIENTIFIC CLUB
The International Discussion Scientific Club will be held from
May 16 to 20, 1996. The Opening of the Discussion Scientific Club -
May 16, 1996 (10 a.m.) In the morning sessions, lectures and reports
of prominent scientists, together with software presentations, will be
provided. In the afternoon and evening sessions, reports and
demonstrations, discussions, round-table talks and social programs
will be provided.
SCHEDULE OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION
The International Conference and Exhibition will be held from May
21 to 23, 1996. The Opening of the Conference - May 21, 1996 (10 a.m.)
In the morning sessions, there will be plenary reports of Russian and
foreign scientists. In the afternoon and sessions, there will be
roundtable talks, software presentations and social programs.
SOFTWARE EXHIBITION
Within the framework of the Discussion Scientific Club and
Conference, the software Exhibition and Fair using IBM compatible
computers will be held.
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
Papers submitted for review are divided into two categories:
Category A - plenary papers ( up to 20,000 characters)
Category B - standard papers ( up to 4,000 characters)
Papers should be prepared as text or WinWord 6.0 files. All
papers should be submitted to the IT+SE'96 International Program
Committee (dibat@liso.sandy.nnov.su) by E-MAIL ONLY.
THE PROCEEDING OF CONFERENCE
The Category A papers and Category B papers abstracts selected by
Programm Committee will be held from published in the Proceedings of
the International Conference IT+SE'96 in Russian and English. The
registration fee includes the Proceedings price.
DEADLINE AND KEY DATES
January 15, 1996 is deadline for acceptance of participation
application (see attached sample)
February 15, 1996 - notification of acceptance
March 15 - IT+SE'96 Preliminary program will be published The
registration fee should be transferred onto the Organizing Commette
account.
Deadline for submission of full papers in English (not exceeding
5000 words)
April 15, 1996 - Conference registration deadline
May 16, 1996 - Discussion Scientific Club Opening
May 21, 1996 - Conference Opening
LOCATION
The Discussion Scientific Club and Conference will be held in the
one of the most beautiful places in the Crimea, on the Black Sea
coast, at a comfortable hotel in the town of Gurzuf (near Yalta). The
price for accommodation will be about $ 120 US per day (Twin/Double
appartaments), including meals and $ 90 US per day (Single
appartments), including meals.

The Registration Fee is expected to be about $ 360 US.
