manufacturing scheduling

i'm working with a large manufacturing company that needs a scheduling
module ("When and where should I produce product 1?"). i've done many of
these in the past, and i believe this is an excellent fuzzy application.

does anyone know of a similar application? or, does anyone have specific
background in a related ap?
