Objectives:
13th synposium MME'95 will discuss actual problems of mathematical
methopds in economics. The symposium is drafted as a place to
bilateral discussions of theoreticians and practicians about their
opinions and experience in macro - and micro models, optimization
methods and the actual state of supporting computer systems.

- Discrete Methods and Applications
- Fuzzy Sets Theory and Applications
- Experience with implementation of theoretical knowledge in practice

Location of the Symposium:
The Campus of VSB - TU Ostrava. Ostrava is about 350 km far from
Praha, near the frontier between Czechia and Poland. Possible
transport from Praha by air, train or bus.
Call for Papers:
All participants of MME'95 are invited to present contributed papers:
- in reviewed proceedings (in English) published after the Symposium
- in the form of extended abstracts (in Czech or English), obtained
by all participants before the symposium.
Language:
The oficial languages of the symposium will be: Czech, English
Conference fee:
The registration fee 300,- DM includes the participant fee, the
proceedings of extended abstracts, the list of participants,
refreshment during the sessions, accommodation (at the student hostel
rooms) and full board. All meals can be reserved according to the
participants choice:
- at the restaurant outside the University campus
- at the students dining hall of VSB-TU.
The accommodation can be reserved according to the participants
choice:
- at the hotel outside the campus in the town Ostrava
- at the VSB-TU hostel.
Pre-registration:
Fill in the enclosed pre-registration form and send it to the address
below till March 1st 1995. Detailed information including the
programme of the symposium will be sent to you later on.
