Two commercial products come immediately to mind: 1. the Fuzzy Logic
Toolbox for MATLAB, from the MathWorks, which includes fuzzy c-means
and subtractive clustering and 2. S-PLUS, from Insightful Corporation,
which includes fanny clustering. There is also source code (MATLAB?)
available online, associated with the book "Fuzzy Cluster Analysis",
by Hoppner, Klawonn, Kruse and Runkler. I'm not sure what algorithms
are available in their code, but the book covers fuzzy c-means,
Gustafson-Kessel and Gath-and-Geva clustering, among others.

    good luck,
