    he following information about organizing
    special sessions for FUZZ-IEEE'2002 at WCCI in Honolulu is
    being sent to encourage you to participate in organizing sessions for
    this
    conference.

    Please send me email indicating if you at this point are
    interested in organizing a session and what the topic would be
    You do not need all the details but
    can work on securing contributors to your session over the next several
    weeks. The complete proposal is due October 15.

    The details for the final proposal are given below. Each proposal must
    contain at least the following information:

       1.Title of the session.
       2.The names and affiliations of the organiser(s).
       3.A paragraph indicating the theme and topics of the session.
       4.If available, the names and affiliations of anticipated
    participants who will be submitting to the special session
         if approved, along with tentative titles for their submissions and
    abstracts.
       5.A potential list of paper reviewers.

    Special session organizers must impress on their proposed participants
    that by agreeing to participate in the special
    session, they agree to prepare a written manuscript for including in the

    proceedings, register for the conference, and
    attend and present their paper in the special session if the proposal is

    approved and their paper is accepted.

    Every paper submitted to a special session must undergo a peer review
    process coordinated by the special session
    organiser(s). At least two independent reviews will be performed for
    each submission. The special session
    organizer(s) is responsible for soliciting those reviews and determining

    the acceptability of each submission.
