    A computer program that I have written that analyses race-form data
    using algorithms that comply with what I believe is closely related to
    stochastic resonance as applied to linguistics shows interesting
    statistical results in predicting gallop horse race outcomes. The
    demonstration program is available from me as an attachment to email.
