The Fuzzy Level of Diabetic Propensity (FLDP say) is quite possibly a second
    order or Type-2 kind of
    fuzzy linguistic variable (FLV).

It is feasible (practicality would certainly need domain expert assessment)
to model the conjectured T-2 FLDP based on the first order or T-1 FLV that
is clearly fuzzy modelisable as {Glucose Low, Glucose Normal, Glucose High,
    and so on},
extracted from raw numerical data. These are typically assessed in an online
manner and a smaller time-scale. A record for each patient can be maintained
over a case-history period (decided by the medicine experts). Then you have
a day/week-wise record of intraday data - a sequence like {GH, GN, GH, GN,
    GH,
    GH, GN}, for example. With a domain-specific long time-scale, the T-2 FLV
could indeed model this well. If this is successful, you would get a
FLV to model the propensity as the T-2 FLDP - with domain expert input to
fine-tune it. Thus you might be able to label the patient-file thus, and
perhaps treat the person more accurately using this derived more
    human-comprehensible,
compact, yet digital-processible fuzzy data. This ought to be able to model
    a medical
assessment such as "The person has a marginal diabetic propensity".
