    This special issue on visual computing will explore the theory
    and applications of visual computing models and algorithms, visual
    computational environments, models for human-computer visual
    interaction,
    visual languages for soft computing, and the applications of
    artificial neural nets, fuzzy set theory and chaos theory to
    visual computing.
