    SECOND CALL FOR PAPERS

    Important Dates for Paper Submissions:
    Submission Deadline: August 20, 2001
    Acceptance Notification: October 1, 2001
    Camera Ready due: October 22, 2001
    Registration Fee due: November 15, 2001
    Conference Dates: November 27-29, 2001

    PAPER SUBMISSION
    Papers related to both theoretical and real-world applications in the areas
    listed below are welcome.
    The maximum number of pages is 10 pages including all tables, figures, and
    references.
    Over-length and late submission papers will be rejected without review.

    Authors are required to obtain their paper number by filling in
    the "AUTHOR INFORMATION" form at

    After submitting the author information, the author will be given a paper
    number.
    The assigned paper number must be used as a file name when submitting the
    paper. For example, 3.doc, 8.pdf, 48.ps, etc.
    In order to prevent the problem of using different types of fonts and page
    setup, PDF and PostScript files are preferred.

    The International Conference on Intelligent Technologies (InTech)
    is an annual international conference on intelligent technologies to be
    hosted for the second time
    by Faculty of Science and Technology, Assumption University, Bangkok,
    Thailand.
    The conference especially focuses on topics in Artificial Intelligence, Soft
    Computing, and related fields.

    The aims of InTech are to:
    - bring together researchers and practitioner in order to exchange their
    ideas and discuss issues occurred when implementing intelligent technologies
    in real-world environment;
    - provide a forum for discussion of new research areas, results, and issues;
    - encourage national researches in intelligent technologies.

    Selected, extended, revised, and refereed papers from InTech will be
    published in:
    - A special Issue on Intelligent Technologies in the International Journal
    of Intelligent Systems (Ronald R. Yager, Editor-in-Chief, John Wiley & Sons,
