I just wanted to point out that a panel on this subject (chaired by J.
Kacprzyk) was held at FUZZ-IEEE 2000.
Also. a session on "Intelligent Techniques for Internet Resources",
organized by S. Zarodzny and myself will take place at KES 2000 at the end
