You might want to consider linguistic approximation as an
alternative to a crisp output. Your example below, rephrased
via linguistic approximation might result in the following,
for example:

"(fuzzily high) or (possibly medium) or (possibly
possibly low) kg N pr. Hectare"

Though not a crisp result, arguably more information is
given.
