   This International Workshop on Intelligent Systems Resolutions is the
eighth
   in a series of conferences, known as The Bellman Continuum, dedicated to
the
   memory of Professor Richard Bellman for his pioneering work in pure and
   applied mathematics, for his leadership in the applications of
mathematics to
   science, engineering, economics and medicine, and for his long-lasting
   influence on students and researchers throughout the world.
   This year's workshop is held especially for Bellman's 80th birthday for
which the following distinguished scholars have been invited to deliver
speeches:

Prof. Janusz Kacprzyk, Fellow of Systems Research Institute,
                    Polish Academy of Sciences;

                CALL FOR PAPERS and INVITED SESSIONS

      Three copies of a 350 word abstract in English should be submitted by
May 31, 2000. Electronic submission is required. A list of keywords and one
of the listed topics should be provided . The cover page should include
authors' names, mailing addresses, email addresses, affiliation, telephone
numbers. The abstract should be typeset using LaTex/Tex/MS Word or any
equivalent quality typesetting system in 10pt size.
Papers presented at the workshop will be reviewed and published as special
issues of International Journal of Mathematical Theories and Applications
Studies in Fuzziness and Soft Computing, Physica-Verlag.
A Best Paper Award will be determined by the editors and awarded at the
conference banquet.
      Authors are encouraged to organize a session in the topics relevant to
the
      Workshop. Interested session organizers are requested to submit a
      proposal including the corresponding and email addresses of the
      organizer(s), title of the session, a list of articles with their
authors and
      affiliations, by May 31, 2000 to :
