Has anyone read/reviewed Willi Hans Steeb's book

The Nonlinear Workbook : Chaos, Fractals, Cellular Auromata, Neural
Networks,
Genetic Algorithms, Fuzzy Logic With C++, Java, Symbolicc++ and Reduce p

I checked thru Deja.com and didn't find his name or the book title listed
anywhere. If you've read it, could you please rate any of the following:

Code
Thoroughness of book
Level of understanding of expected audience

One other quick question, I assume the book comes with a disk full of
code.... altho' neither Amazon.com or Fatbrain.com mention this. Does it
have code?
